Response times
We aim to answer every email within one working day. Billing and refund questions sent to the billing address are prioritised and are usually resolved the same working day.
If you have a billing problem, please write to us before raising a chargeback with your bank — almost every billing issue is resolved faster by email than by a dispute, and our Refund Policy explains what we can refund and when.
Before you write
A few things are faster to do yourself from inside the app: cancelling a subscription (Settings → Billing, effective at the end of the period you have paid for), checking the credit cost of an operation (shown before you confirm it), and downloading generated ads (from the project page).
If a generation failed, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically — usually within seconds. If they are not back after a few minutes, send us the project link and we will restore them by hand.
